Well presented and good quality place with very helpful employees from cleaning staff to management. Quiet and best possible location of the hotel, close to the center of Playa Blanca and everything. - Coffee, slices of fresh bread, cereals, muffins, and cakes for breakfast in the restaurant.

I had a full cooked and substantial breakfast. I appreciated the meal with fish. - Decent wine plus live cooked meats were available. - the location was remote, a short walk to the lively marina and various amenities like restaurants, bars, and public areas.

We like the location of Sandos Papagayo, the wonderful Sea View and Playa Blanca. This was our second time at this hotel.
The lunch bags are a bit poor, could be more variable.

We were with a Royal package, which is convenient. There is access to a closed bar where WIFI works well. The food is fine (again, in a restaurant for Royal). The staff is very polite and pleasant. Huge beds, you can get lost.
WIFI is unstable in the territory and in the rooms.

It is a beautiful location, staff are friendly, the hotel is clean & the facilities are excellent. We particularly liked the new edition of the "Chill Out Terrace" & Mexican restaurant.
The Chinese Restaurant has a limited menu & virtually nothing for vegetarians.
